Attorney Fred Conklin brings a powerful combination of experience, skill, and personal commitment to the representation of injured workers and accident victims. He holds a 10/10 rating from AVVO and has twice been named to the list of Georgia Super Lawyers, an honor reserved for 5% of the state’s attorneys.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Fred held key positions in operations and labor relations. This well-rounded experience provided a firsthand perspective of the dangers that often exist for workers in industries such as transportation, construction, healthcare, and retail.
Fred earned his juris doctorate cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law, where he was president of his graduating class, and his bachelor’s degree in business and economics from West Virginia Wesleyan College. He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia and Atlanta Bar Association, and volunteers for and supports community organizations such as Boy Scouts of America, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, MUST Ministries, and 7 Bridges to Recovery.
Fred and his family live in Smyrna, Georgia where they are active in their church, and enjoy volunteering in community outreach efforts, hiking, camping, concerts, and music festivals.
